Description

The best high-capacity wine cooler ?

Vestfrost FZ414W is a wine refrigerator for wine enthusiasts who want the best possible storage of the bottles.

The wine refrigerator is equipped with 2 separate cooling zones, where it is possible to set the temperature for each of them and you can therefore use the cooling zones for long-term storage of wines and for ready-to-serve wines, respectively.

The capacity of the wine refrigerator is a total of 197 bottles neck to neck and the space is divided into:

  • 1 presentation shelf with cracks,
  • 1 wooden shelf where there is a full extension
  • 1 integrated shelf located at the bottom of the cabinet.

The LED display provides optimal options for you to constantly monitor the temperature in both zones and the tinted glass pane with UV-protective filter ensures that the sun’s rays do not start the oxidation process.

Note that the wine refrigerator can be used for both built-in and as a free-standing.

1 review for Vestfrost FZ414W Silver

  1. Janette

This wine cooler is very large and that was our top priority.
Due to the fact that my husband is wine connoisseurs and many people visit us, we needed a refrigerator that would hold about 200 bottles.
Despite its large size, the Vestfrost FZ414W refrigerator is very quiet.
The manufacturer states that the noise level is 40dB. I don’t know how it relates to other refrigerators, but in my opinion it is quieter than our refrigerator.
The only drawback that can be seen in the parameters is the energy class.
However, I am not worried about electricity bills because we have a photovoltaic installation and we get electricity for free from the sun.
The workmanship and appearance is very good – you can see the prestige and quality.
    I recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions:

"How do I properly clean and maintain the interior of the Vestfrost FZ414W Silver wine cooler to ensure optimal performance and preserve the quality of my wines over time?"

Cleaning and maintaining your Vestfrost FZ414W Silver wine cooler is essential to ensure optimal performance and prolong the life of your wines. Here are some steps you can follow to clean and maintain your wine cooler:

1. Regular Cleaning: Wipe down the interior surfaces of your wine cooler with a soft, damp cloth weekly or as needed to remove any dust or debris. Be sure to avoid getting water on the electronics and the cooling system. Deep Cleaning: For deeper cleaning, mix equal parts water and vinegar in a spray bottle, and then use it to clean the interior surfaces of your wine cooler. Vinegar helps eliminate odors and prevents mold growth. Use a soft brush or sponge to reach tight spaces such as corners and crevices. Sanitizing: For added protection against bacteria and yeast that could spoil your wines, you can sanitize the interior surfaces of the wine cooler once a month using a solution of 1 tablespoon chlorine bleach mixed with a gallon of water. Be sure to rinse thoroughly afterward. Drying: After cleaning or sanitizing, use a clean and dry cloth to wipe down any remaining moisture. Moisture can promote mold growth and damage the cooling system. Checking Temperature and Humidity: Regularly check that your wine cooler is maintaining the correct temperature and humidity levels for your wines. The ideal temperature range for most red wines is between 60-65°F (15. C), while white and sparkling wines should be stored at around 45-50°F (7-10°C). Humidity levels of around 50-70% are optimal for aging wine. Monitoring Door Seals: Check the door seals regularly to ensure they are still in good condition and effectively preventing air from entering the cooler. Loose or damaged seals could impact the temperature and humidity inside the wine cooler, affecting the quality of your wines. Avoiding Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using harsh chemicals, cleaners, or abrasive materials on the interior surfaces as they may damage the coating, affect the taste and aroma of your wines, or impact the performance of the wine cooler. By following these tips, you can ensure that your Vestfrost FZ414W Silver wine cooler is clean, well-maintained, and providing optimal performance for your wines' long-term storage and preservation.

How do I properly store wine in the Vestfrost FZ414W Silver wine cooler to ensure its optimal temperature and humidity levels?

To properly store wine in the Vestfrost FZ414W Silver wine cooler, follow these steps:

1. Set the temperature: The ideal temperature for storing most wines is between 55-65°F (13-18°C). Use the digital thermostat to set the temperature in your desired range. Adjust the humidity level: Wine should be stored in a humid environment to prevent the cork from drying out and causing oxidation. The Vestfrost FZ414W Silver wine cooler has an adjustable humidity control, which should be set between 50-70%. Load the wine: Place the wine bottles in the wine cooler with the labels facing up. This allows for easy identification of each bottle and prevents labels from sticking together due to moisture. Arrange the bottles: To ensure even airflow, distribute the bottles throughout the shelves rather than stacking them on top of one another. This also helps prevent any unwanted odors or flavors from transferring between bottles. Allow for ventilation: Leave enough space between the bottles to allow for proper air circulation. This prevents any unwanted bacteria growth and ensures that each bottle is being cooled evenly. Maintain cleanliness: Regularly wipe down the interior of the wine cooler with a damp cloth to prevent any dust or debris from accumulating on the shelves, which can affect the taste of the wine. Monitor temperature and humidity levels: Use the digital thermostat and hygrometer to regularly check that the temperature and humidity are within the optimal range for storing your wine. Adjust as necessary to maintain these levels.

"How do I properly clean and maintain the internal components of my Vestfrost FZ414W Silver wine cooler?"

To ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of the internal components of your Vestfrost FZ414W Silver wine cooler, follow these steps:

1. Unplug the cooler from the power source before beginning any cleaning or maintenance tasks. Use a soft-bristled brush or a microfiber cloth to gently wipe down the interior walls and shelves of the wine cooler. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, as they can scratch the surfaces. For stubborn stains or buildup, mix a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar, and use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the affected areas. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a microfiber cloth. Check the door seals for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any gaps or cracks in the seals, replace them as soon as possible to prevent cooling loss and spoilage. Clean the condensation tray at the bottom of the cooler regularly to prevent the buildup of mold or bacteria. Remove any accumulated water or debris, and wipe down the tray with a soft-bristled brush or a microfiber cloth. Check the fan and condenser coils periodically for dust or debris buildup. Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove any dirt or grime, being careful not to damage the components. Keep the cooler in a stable environment with consistent temperatures and humidity levels. Avoid placing it near direct sunlight, heat sources, or moisture. Schedule regular maintenance checks, ideally every six months, to ensure the proper functioning of the wine cooler's cooling system, fan, and other components.
