Hi, my name is Jade, and I recently purchased the Bosch WTX87M20 White Clothes-Dryer. I was excited about the Touch Control Type of the Dryer and the fact that it came in a beautiful white colour.
Appearance:
The design is sleek and matches the style of my laundry room. I must add that the white colour is what caught my attention when I was browsing for a dryer. The machine is quite large, but it fits perfectly in the space I had allotted.
Functionality:
Unfortunately, I’ve had a few problems with the functionality of the machine. Firstly, the Touch Control Type has not worked as expected, and it’s become a frustration to use. I find myself constantly pressing the same button multiple times to get a response. Secondly, the Dryer does not dry clothes as quickly as I expected for its price range. Most times, my clothes are still damp after a full cycle, so I must add extra time or restart it.
Comparison:
This machine is priced similarly to other Clothes-Dryers from well-known brands. However, I’m disappointed with the experience I’ve had so far. Compared to other dryers I’ve owned, I’d rate the Bosch WTX87M20 White 2 stars out of 5 possible.
Final Thoughts:
I had high hopes for this clothes dryer, but my experience has not been what I expected. The Touch Control Type has been frustrating to use, and the drying time is longer than other machines I’ve owned. I would not recommend the Bosch WTX87M20 White based on my personal experience.
