1 review for Fellow AeraMax DX95

  1. MARIAN13

Smog made me choke, constantly inflamed conjunctiva and sinuses. I needed a lot of antihistamines to live, and I woke up with a completely blocked nose.
When turned on, the symptoms inside the apartment disappeared completely, allowing the drug to be discontinued. Symptoms come back outside after a long time, but weaker – the body somehow copes with being able to cleanse itself at home.

I do not recommend saving on filters, I had a device for 1/4 the price and the effects were much weaker. Perhaps, apart from better quality filters, the plasmacluster system is responsible for the difference.

The device has one drawback in the form of a small water container. With humidification on, filling with water twice a day is a minimum. The container should be 3x larger. Half a star less.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I properly set up and use my new Fellow AeraMax DX95 air purifier to effectively remove allergens and improve indoor air quality?

To set up and use your Fellow AeraMax DX95 air purifier, follow these steps:

1. Choose the appropriate location for your purifier based on the size of the room you want to clean. The DX95 is ideal for rooms up to 606 square feet in size. Remove all packaging materials from the unit and place it on a flat, stable surface. Make sure there is adequate clearance around the back and sides of the purifier for airflow. Plug the purifier into a power outlet within 10 feet of the unit. The DX95 should not be placed near water sources or high-moisture areas such as bathrooms, laundry rooms, or kitchen sinks. Turn on the purifier by pressing the "Power" button on the control panel. The unit will automatically enter its "Smart Mode," which adjusts fan speed based on the current air quality in the room. To manually adjust fan speed, press the "Fan" button and select your desired setting: Low, Medium, High, or Turbo. The "Turbo" setting provides the most intensive air cleaning but should only be used for short periods of time due to the high noise level. If you prefer a quieter operation, press the "Quiet" button to activate the "Whisper Mode," which reduces fan speed and noise level at the expense of slightly decreased airflow. To monitor air quality, check the color-coded LED on the control panel: Green indicates good air quality, yellow indicates moderate air quality, and red indicates poor air quality. If the LED is red, it's a sign that the purifier needs to run for a longer period of time or at higher fan speeds to effectively remove allergens and improve indoor air quality. To ensure optimal performance, replace the filter cartridge every 6-12 months, depending on usage frequency and air quality conditions in your home. The DX95 comes with an indicator light that lets you know when it's time to replace the filter. By following these steps, you can effectively use your Fellow AeraMax DX95 air purifier to improve indoor air quality and reduce allergens in your home. Remember to always follow the manufacturer's recommendations for usage and maintenance to ensure safe and effective operation.

"How do I replace the filter in my Fellow AeraMax DX95 air purifier?"

Begin by turning off and unplugging your Fellow AeraMax DX95 air purifier. This will help prevent any accidental starts during the filter replacement process. Locate the filter housing located at the back of the unit. The filter housing is a rectangular-shaped panel that covers the filters inside. Gently pull the filter housing outwards to remove it from the unit. Carefully remove the old filter cartridge by grasping the two tabs on either side and pulling it out. Make sure not to touch the filter as this may cause cross-contamination, affecting its performance. Inspect the filter housing for any debris or dust that may have accumulated during the removal process. Use a soft-bristled brush or compressed air to clean the filter housing and surrounding areas. Insert the new filter cartridge into the filter housing, making sure the arrow on the filter is pointing towards the front of the unit. Ensure that the filter is securely in place by pressing it gently into position. Carefully insert the filter housing back into the unit, making sure it clicks into place. If you experience any difficulty during this process, refer to the user manual for additional guidance. Finally, plug your Fellow AeraMax DX95 air purifier back in and switch it on. The unit will display a "Filter Replacement Required" message until you have replaced both filters. This should disappear once the replacement is complete. We recommend replacing both filters at the same time to ensure optimal performance of your Fellow AeraMax DX95 air purifier. You can purchase replacement filters directly from our website or through an authorized retailer. Remember, always perform filter replacements according to the manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the best possible indoor air quality for you and your family.
