1 review for AEG FFE62620PW White

  1. Jayce Hood

Hello, I wrote a review on the Electrolux website, which was removed as non-compliant … I would like more users to be aware of the disadvantages of the dishwasher. I have the impression that there are no negative opinions on the Internet, although the allegations are specific.

Well, the EES47320L dishwasher has a problem with washing dishes and rinsing after washing. Plates and cutlery are left with sediment and it is not a limescale, but detergent residues. Sometimes you can find streaks and undissolved tablet dust on the door and in the chamber. Interestingly, after turning on the Extra Power option, the dishes are nicely washed and rinsed, but the programs then become loud and ineffective. And this means that programs that are ECO cannot cope … Tested on different tablets. I would also like to add that I paid extra for the version with the satellite arm. Secondly, the adjustable second basket has a problem with hitting the port, you have to aim and press, otherwise the dishwasher will not close. On the plus side, the Air Dry function, and the touch panel, the interior is made of steel. Unfortunately, a big minus for washing facilities. I advise against. My previous dishwasher is a 10-year-old Bosch, 3 programs, no frills and auto opening. Dishes always washed, dried, even on Biedra tablets

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the recommended method for unclogging the dishwasher filter on my AEG FFE62620PW White Dishwasher?

To unclog the dishwasher filter on your AEG FFE62620PW White Dishwasher, follow these steps:

1. Turn off and unplug the dishwasher from its power source to avoid any electrical hazards.
2. Locate the dishwasher's base or front panel by pulling it out slightly (make sure you have the right model as some models might differ in design). In your AEG FFE6260PW White Dishwasher, the filter is located at the bottom of the dishwasher.
3. Remove any detergent dispenser or rinse aid container present in the front panel. They could be in your way and need to be removed to access the filter area properly.
4. Now you should see a grille covering the filter. Most models have a small button or lever at one end of the grille that you can press to release it from the dishwasher's body, allowing you to lift it up and away. In your AEG FFE6260PW White Dishwasher, you might need to remove two screws securing the grille before lifting it off.
5. Once removed, you will see a filter basket that needs to be taken out for cleaning. If there is any debris or food particles in the bottom of the dishwasher, clear them out as well.
6. Remove the filter from the basket. Depending on your dishwasher model, it might have one large filter or several small ones. These filters may need to be rinsed under warm running water until they're clean. For a thorough cleaning, you can also use a soft brush to scrub off any stubborn residue.
7. Once cleaned, replace the filter(s) into the basket and ensure that it clicks back into place securely.
8. Replace the filter basket and grille back into their original positions in the dishwasher. Make sure everything fits snugly and there are no gaps or open spaces.
9. Plug your AEG FFE6260PW White Dishwasher back in and run a cleaning cycle to ensure any remaining debris has been washed away.

What are the recommended steps for proper loading of dishes in the AEG FFE62620PW White dishwasher to ensure optimal cleaning results?

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to load your AEG FFE62620PW White dishwasher for optimal cleaning results.

1. Pre-rinse: Scrape off any large food particles from dishes before loading them into the dishwasher. This ensures that smaller particles don't block the spray arms and prevents the need for repeated washing.

2. Proper loading: Follow the correct loading pattern in the dishwasher. The bottom rack is designed to handle larger, heavier items like pots and pans while the top rack handles lighter items like plates and bowls. The bottom basket has adjustable tines which help accommodate different size items. Make sure to place larger items at the back and smaller ones at the front of each rack as this ensures maximum water coverage.

3. Placement of delicate items: Delicate items such as crystal glasses or fine china should be placed on the top rack, away from the spray arms. Avoid overloading the top rack, which could cause damage to these delicate items during the wash cycle.

4. Utensils and flatware: Place knives with blades facing downwards in the cutlery basket provided. Forks and spoons should be placed handle-up on their respective sides or ends in the designated slots. Avoid overcrowding them as this could lead to poor cleaning results.

5. Pots and pans: Large items like pots, pans, and lids can be loaded onto the bottom rack of your AEG dishwasher. Make sure to use the tines provided to hold them securely in place during the wash cycle.

6. Glassware: Place glass items on the top rack, away from the spray arms. Ensure they are securely placed and not touching each other or the sides of the dishwasher to prevent chipping or breakage.

7. Detergent placement: Always put detergent in the detergent compartment located at the base of the machine. Overfilling can cause excess foam, so ensure you measure out the correct amount according to your dishwasher's instructions.

8. Run a full cycle: For optimal cleaning results, it is recommended to run a full load each time rather than half loads as this ensures water and detergent are distributed evenly throughout all items being washed.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your AEG FFE62620PW White dishwasher provides efficient cleaning results for all your dishes every time!
